How It Works
1. Reserve Your Beef or Pork
Choose a quarter, half, or whole animal and contact us to reserve your order, request a free estimate, or join our waiting list. Typical cuts include: Ribeye steaks, sirloin steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meat, brisket, short ribs, and more.
2. We Process & Prepare Your Order
Once your animal is ready, it is professionally processed and packaged to your specifications at a trusted local locker. You'll have the opportunity to select your preferred cuts and packaging options so your order is customized for your family's needs.
3. Convenient Pickup Near Sioux Falls or Southwest Minnesota
Pick up your order at a locker in Hudson, South Dakota—less than 45 minutes from Sioux Falls—or directly from our farm near St. James, Minnesota. Payment is due upon pickup.

Welcome to Intertwined Organic Acres! We’re proud to be a family-owned farm committed to raising 100% organically fed beef and pork with care. Located in southwestern Minnesota, our animals spend their days on pasture, growing the way nature intended. No hormones. No antibiotics. Just clean, ethically raised meat you can feel good about feeding your family.
We’re Rick and Becky, and together with two of our sons, Anthony and Dominic, we raise organically fed Red Angus beef and pork right here on our acreage.

At Intertwined Organic Acres, we’re all about raising organic beef and pork that reflects our belief in healthy land and happy animals. We offer those in and around our community a place to buy good, honestly raised meat. Our animals are free to roam on open pastures, enjoy a natural, 100% organic diet, and are treated with the respect they deserve. We know that when the land is taken care of and the animals are happy, the meat speaks for itself—tender, flavorful, and delicious! We offer by the 1/4, 1/2 and whole-animal options, with something for everyone.
